Further to Reply 3952 (2026), how many referrals, for x rays, did Health New Zealand decline between January 2021 and January 2022, in the Southern district, if any?

I am advised that 478 X-ray referrals were declined across Southern between January 2021 and January 2022. The reasons for decline included: Inappropriate exam requested Inappropriate imaging site Inappropriate modality Incorrect referral method Not discussed with Radiology Radiologist Cancelled
