Answer

The issue is not related to Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) systems. The issue originates from the Ministry of Social Development’s (MSD) Information Analysis Platform (IAP) and affects MSD’s quarterly and monthly housing data for December 2025 and onwards, which is supplied to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as published by MSD. I have been informed that MSD is currently working on a fix to the issue, and they will keep my officials updated on timeframes.
