Answer

As at 26 February 2026, $1.18 billion has been transferred to New Zealand and invested in the economy via the Active Investor Plus visa. The majority of the remaining $2.11 billion will be invested over the next six months, in line with transfer and investment requirements set out in immigration instructions. There are currently 53 applicants who are due to complete their transfer of funds by the end of April.
