Which specialist assessments do and do not count towards the short waits for first specialist assessments target?

Answer
I am advised that all medical and surgical health specialties are included in ESPI 2 reporting for first specialist assessments (FSAs). I am further advised that FSAs for dental, geriatric, obstetrics, sexual health, genetics, and fertility are not included in ESPI 2 reporting.
