In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I took the following documents to Cabinet in the week beginning 16 February 2026: 26-CAB-00186 - Changes to the Legislative Requirements for Auckland Council’s Plan Change 120 It is not in the public interest to release one further title as it remains under active consideration.
