How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of February 16th 2026?

I am advised that between 16 and 22 February 2026, WorkSafe New Zealand received 52 notifications of serious workplace accidents (49 notifications of injury and three notifications of fatal harm, as per my response to Written Question 5749 (2026)).
