Further to his reply to Question 609 (2026), did he receive a 14 August 2025 briefing entitled “Further Advice on Short-term Actions to Address Homelessness” where paragraph 34a states, “Initial data indicates that a proportion of Housing First households are not on the Register currently,” and if so, how does he explain his response to Question 609 (2026) where he stated he did not receive such advice?
