Question

  • Further to his reply to Question 290 (2026), how are Housing Outcome Fee payments calculated and how much has been paid to each provider to date?

Hon Tama Potaka

Member for Hamilton West · National Party · Associate Minister of Housing

Answer

I am advised that Housing outcome fees are determined by the length of time eligible households are able to maintain stable housing for example: • 3 months ($2,160) • 6 months ($1,620) • 13 months ($1,620) Given the small number of providers associated with the Trial, I am advised that the payments for individual providers are commercially sensitive.
