I am advised visits to all the Oranga Tamariki operated secure residences and interviews with staff, children, young people and health and education providers took place from September to December 2025. I am further advised interviews with National Office roles were completed in January 2026.The draft report is currently being written and is expected to be finalised by mid-2026.
