Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the Disabled Customer Working Group pilot generated useful organisational insights about how disabled customers experience our services. Kāinga Ora is now working through those insights to determine how they can best inform future policy and service improvements. This analysis is still underway, and no specific policy changes have yet been confirmed.
