Answer

ACC websites (ACC.co.nz, Find Support, Live Stronger for Longer, Ride Forever, Shape Your ACC) comply with the NZ Government Web Accessibility Standards and have achieved Level AA compliance (on a scale from Level A to AAA). The ACC client portal MyACC, business customer portal MyA4B and provider portal ProviderHub are currently only partially compliant with these standards. ACC intends to make these websites fully compliant in the future.
