Answer

The Water Services Authority—Taumata Arowai undertook work to refresh its website in mid-2025. This included usability and accessibility testing and specialist advice which has resulted in the Authority’s website becoming partially compliant with the NZ Government’s AA Web Accessibility Standard. The Authority will continue its work to improve accessibility of existing online content as part of its ongoing programme to improve its public-facing information.
