Rt Hon Winston Peters

Answer

The New Zealand Government Web Standards apply to public service departments and non-public service departments in the Executive branch. This is outlined on the digital.govt.nz website here: NZ-Govt-Web-Guidelines-Cabionet-Minute-03-41-2B.pdf. The companies for which the Minister for Rail is responsible fall into neither category.
