Answer

I am advised that the GCSB actively strives to meet the Web Accessibility Standard 1.2, which forms part of the New Zealand Government Standards. Compliance is assessed via the Centralised Web Accessibility Checker (CWAC), an automated testing tool. Results are available to the public, with detailed results for each government website found at www.digital.govt.nz.
