Answer

Current compliance across the Minister of Education’s portfolio varies, with the Ministry of Education and other bodies generally partially compliant and continuing to address identified accessibility issues. Accessibility performance is monitored through agency level assurance and centralised monitoring overseen by the Government Chief Digital Officer, including the Centralised Web Accessibility Checker, which supports ongoing improvement over time. The results for each agency are published here: https://www.digital.govt.nz/standards-and-guidance/nz-government-web-standards/centralised-web-accessibility-checker-cwac/website-scores-cwac.
