What new IT systems, if any, has Kāinga Ora purchased since 1 July 2024 and how much, if anything, has been spent to date on each new system?

Answer
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it purchased one new IT system, Forsta, (Customer & Employee Survey procurement of an Enterprise-wide platform). As at 2 February 2026, it has spent $168,000 on this system.
