Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that approximately 250 homes originally forecast for 2025/26 have been re forecast to 2026/27 due to extended consent and engineering approval timeframes and council plan changes. Earlier advice of 119 homes reflected the position at the time.
