Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it supplements build partner capacity or uses six day work weeks when delivery risks are high and local capacity is constrained. Six day working brings forward completion by re sequencing programmes. An approved $3m spend supported acceleration of ~470 homes in 2025/26, offset by earlier rental income.
