I received written advice from the Ministry of Education about Debbie Francis’ report on 20 December 2025 and 5 February 2026. The content of the advice was discussed at meetings with a number of senior Ministry officials on 22 January 2026 and 9 February 2026. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 5071 (2026).
