How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of February 9th 2026?

Answer
I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received two fatality notifications between 9 and 15 February 2026. These notifications being assessed to determine if they are a result of injury from work.
