Answer

I am advised that Corrections continues to manage each person remanded or sentenced to a term of imprisonment in line with their obligations under the Corrections Act 2004 and the Corrections Regulations 2005. I am further advised that Corrections has not changed the way it manages a person's risk during their term of imprisonment over the 12-month period requested.
