Corrected reply: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki is not currently planning to alter its definition of a claim as the existing definition is fit for purpose for their requirements. I am further advised that Oranga Tamariki regularly review definitions, policies, and practices to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
