Answer

No Regulatory Impact Statement was prepared. The pathway will be given effect through amendments to Civil Aviation Rules. The Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority are undertaking detailed policy and rule design, and the responsible agency will meet its obligations under the Regulatory Standards Act 2025 when the rule is prepared.
