Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that between 27 November 2023 and 31 August 2026, 16 tenancies from Jordan Avenue, State Avenue, and Rowlands Avenue were relocated to another Kāinga Ora home, involving a total of 59 tenants.
