Prior to introduction of the Planning and Natural Environment Bills, officials provided advice on the regulatory relief regime primarily through the following advice briefings: 26-BRF-6045 Replacing the RMA – Regulatory takings and justification reports, 26-BRF-6453 Replacing the RMA – Further advice on regulatory takings, and 26-BRF-6714 Replacing the RMA – Policy consolidation briefing #2 – Residual policy matters.
