Answer
I am advised that the 100 stakeholders selected to take part in the targeted consultation of the Holidays Act reform can be broken down as percentages by stakeholder type as follows: Payroll professionals 14% Payroll software and/or service providers 18% Legal practitioners 4% Human resources 1% Accounts 3% Small business employers 12% Medium business employers 9% Large business employers 5% Employer representative bodies 9% Individual employees 12% Employee representative bodies 13% One additional employer representative body and one additional employee representative body were also invited to take part in the targeted consultation (bringing the total invited to take part to 102). They were counted in the 76 stakeholders who submitted responses.
