How many times, if any, was the same meal delivered to schools during the week of September 7th 2026?

Answer
The Ministry of Education has advised that, during the week of 7 September 2026, an external supplier delivered two meals twice to three schools. Information regarding meals served to internal and iwi/hapū model schools is not available.
