Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that where homes are being sold Kāinga Ora works with tenants to relocate them to an alternate property. Between 27 November 2023 and 17 September 2026, there were seven tenancies in the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board that were ended due to the property being divested. All seven tenancies were relocated to another Kāinga Ora home.
