How many, if any, undeveloped sites owned by Kāinga Ora in the Maungakiekie electorate have been put on the market from 27 November 2023 to 17 September 2026, by location?

I have interpreted this question as pertaining to vacant Kāinga Ora-owned land. Kāinga Ora advises me that it reports this information for the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board area. Between 27 November 2023 and 17 September 2026, Kāinga Ora listed 10 build-ready superlots for sale to development partners in the Oranga Large Scale Project. These superlots have upgraded infrastructure and are ready for house construction to begin.
