Answer

I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that the drinking water supply upgrades at Ashburton Borough School - Lagmhor site, Five Forks School and Te Kowhai School did not come at the expense of other investments the schools could have made. The Ministry has confirmed that it does not hold information on the upgrades at Harrisville School or Te Wharekura o Te Rau Aroha as these projects were funded and managed by the schools themselves.
