Answer
I and my office receive correspondence from the public about a wide variety of matters, and this is not categorized in the way the Member has asked. Collating this would require substantial staff resources and thus cost to the taxpayer. I do not believe that this would be in the public interest. I have received the following advice, briefings and documents, and correspondence from entities I am responsible for, on the Public Infrastructure Risk Management Scheme Development, since January 1st 2026: - 29/01/2026 - Aide Memoire T2026/66: Meeting with the Chair and CEO of the Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake (NHC), - 29/01/2026 - Treasury Report T2026/67: Draft 2026/27 Letter of Expectations for the Natural Hazards Commission, - 13/02/2026 - Annex A to Treasury Report T2026/109: Budget 2026 - Treasury Draft Package, - 17/03/2026 - Treasury Report T2026/778: Budget 2026: Decisions for Hon Willis' Portfolios, - 01/05/2026 - Letter from NHC Board Chair Response to Letter of Expectations for the Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake, - 22/05/2026 - Budget 2026 Questions and Answers Pack, - 29/05/2026 - 08/06/2026 - Email chain: Public Risk Financing, - 02/06/2026 - Aide Memoire T2026/1155: Event Brief: ICNZ Conference 2026, - 12/06/2026 - Treasury Report T2026/1079: Next Steps for the Risk Financing Project, - 16/06/2026 - Email: Lines for Stand Up with MoF, - 22/06/2026 - Letter from NHC Acting Board Chair - Public Infrastructure Risk Management Scheme – Consultation on Ministerial Direction and Services Agreement, - 22/06/2026 - Treasury Report T2026/1303: Executing the Service Agreement for the Risk Financing DBC, and - 21/07/2026 - Email: Direction Presented to Parliament. - 23/07/2026 - NHC report: Natural Hazards Commission Toka fortnightly report for the period 7 July - 20 July 2026 - 06/08/2026 - NHC report: Natural Hazards Commission Toka fortnightly report for the period 21 July - 03 August 2026
