I am informed that on 13 May 2026 the Ministry for Regulation engaged with the Aviation Industry Association of New Zealand (AIANZ). Representatives present included individuals associated with UAVNZ (a Division of the Aviation Industry Association of New Zealand that supports and represents New Zealand’s unmanned aviation industry), the New Zealand Helicopter Association and the New Zealand Agricultural Aviation Association.
