With changes to at-home care for older and disabled people, will Health New Zealand extend protections under Part 6A of the Employment Relations Act, to support workers providing at-home aged care, to ensure employment continuity, as recommended in the Ministerial Advisory Group's recent final report A Place to Grow Old: Securing the Future of Aged Care; if so, will this include those who provide at-home care for those living with a disability?
