Corrected reply: ACC advice on the feedback it received through consultation is summarised in a published report, which is available here https://www.acc.co.nz/assets/corporate-documents/2024-Levy-Consultation-submission-analysis-report.pdf. This feedback informed the ACC recommendations and were part of an MBIE briefing to the previous Minister in October 2024.
