I am advised that NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) cannot provide estimates of the additional cost to the responsible council of a reduction in Funding Assistance Rate applying to a Special Purpose Road over the 2027-30 National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) until that NLTP is adopted by the NZTA Board in 2027.
