How many, if any, uneaten meals were collected at the end of the school day by an external supplier during the week of 31st August 2026?

I am advised by the Ministry of Education that provisional surplus numbers reported from external model suppliers for the week of 31 August 2026 was 55,549 (9.8 percent of total meals).
