I am advised that the following external advisors who were engaged by NZTA on the Warkworth to Te Hana project are engaged by NZTA to support the development of other sections of the Northland corridor: Aurecon New Zealand and WSP New Zealand in an unincorporated joint venture, Alta Consulting, Bell Gully, Chapman Tripp, Commute Transportation Consultants, Deloitte Access Economics, Ernst and Young, Hugh Kettle Commercial Barrister, MartinJenkins, Simon Watt Commercial Barrister, Te Whanake, Tupono Consulting, Wells Advisory. No ringfencing arrangements are in place because none of these advisors are working bid-side.
