The Corridor Investment Case was completed in September 2024 and updated in December 2024 with an addendum. I am advised the external professional services costs to develop this business case were approximately $4.3m. Firms engaged were Aurecon New Zealand, Bond Construction Management, Commute Transportation Consultants, Flow Transportation Specialists, WSP New Zealand, HSE Consulting, Bell Gully, Chapman Tripp, Ernst and Young, Frequency NZ, Martin Jenkins and Associates, WTP New Zealand. Internal costs are not available as NZTA staff worked on multiple aspects of the Corridor development and planning work in 2024.
