The procurement model is decided when approving the detailed business case for a project, in accordance with the Treasury’s Better Business Case framework. A detailed business case called the Alternative to the Brynderwyns Implementation Investment Case is currently under development. $220,000 has been spent or is committed on external commercial, financial and legal advice relating to procurement options for this section. The firms that have been engaged are Bell Gully and Ernst & Young.
