In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters relating to my Prime Minister portfolio. Since 1 January 2024, I have not received advice from DPMC that refers to minerals, seabed minerals, critical minerals, or mineral exploration in relation to the Penrhyn Project.
