The Governor of the Reserve Bank wrote to me on 24 July 2025 to provide feedback on the draft terms of reference for the independent review. I considered the Reserve Bank’s feedback before submitting the terms of reference for consideration by the Cabinet Economic Policy Committee on 20 August 2025.
