Answer

I am advised that in 2024 Health New Zealand expanded its existing Voluntary Bonding Scheme for qualified health professionals to include more midwives. This provides New Zealand trained midwives who graduated from 2022 onwards with additional student loan repayments, or income, if they have worked in New Zealand for several years.
