I am considering the findings of the Assurance Review of the Large Scale Projects programme. This is a complex, multi-billion programme that requires careful consideration. I will ensure next steps are based on high-quality evidence, advice, and analysis - including the findings of the Review. I intend to provide Cabinet with oversight of the programme when there are decisions to be made.
