Answer

Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that it owns the home at 82 East Street, Enderley, Hamilton. When a service provider returns a property to Kainga Ora, it advises, in general terms about the options it will look at for the property which include reletting, redeveloping or divesting. In this instance, the assessment process indicated that the property was not suitable to lease on a long-term basis. This is also my answer to WPQ 39096 (2026).
