Answer

I refer the Member to the attached table provided by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, which counts current leases as at 1 September 2026. It is not possible to include all arrangements over the last five years without diverting a significant amount of staff resources from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest.
