Answer

I am advised that the Department of Conservation has received 3 litres of the Avian Influenza Vaccine H5N2 Subtype Killed Virus vaccine and is no longer using Poulvac Flufend RG vaccine. The vaccine is supplied in bulk 500ml bottles and does not reflect the number of doses as these vary between species. Orders will be placed as needed. This is also my response to written question 39063 (2026).
