In regard to the Ministry of Transport, I refer the Member to the responses provided to Question 45 and Question 46 of the Ministry of Transport Annual Review 2024/25, and the responses provided to Question 172 and Question 187 of the Ministry of Transport Annual Review 2023/24. For the period 1 July 2025 – present, I am advised the total value of redundancy payments is $163,500. I am advised that the total cost of redundancy payments for NZ Transport Agency was $12,614,244.
