Answer

I am advised that during the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years, Corrections had access to CoPilot Chat which forms part of a standard Microsoft M365 licence. I am further advised that it is not possible to extract the cost of the AI component of Microsoft desktop licences as the AI element is provided within a package of software desktop applications that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. This is also my response to WPQ 38673 (2026).
