Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions & Transport: I refer the member to the Minister for the Environment’s response to written parliamentary question 38888 (2026). Climate Change Commission: I am advised that the Climate Change Commission has had a $363.26 spend on artificial intelligence, including costs on training staff, deploying systems, maintaining subscriptions and any other associated costs in the 2025/2026 financial year. NZGIF: NZGIF did not spend any money specifically on artificial intelligence during the 2025/26 financial year.
