What is the forecast closing balance of the National Land Transport Fund in each year of the forecast period, taking account of the 31 August 2026 decision?

The figures below are the latest estimates of the NLTF balance. Given the additional Crown funding to keep the NLTF whole, NZTA does not expect any material change from these estimates. June 2027: -$6,955m June 2028: -$7,529m June 2029: -$7,753m June 2030: -$8,142m June 2031: -$8,165m
